Cancelaciones de pedidos

Los pedidos que envíe en línea se procesan de inmediato y es posible que no se cancelen, y es posible que deba esperar hasta recibir la mercancía para devolverla.

Devoluciones

Una vez que se le entregue un artículo de mercancía, puede devolver ese artículo dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la entrega. Para ser elegible para una devolución, su mercancía debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que la recibió y debe estar en el empaque original. Nuestra política de devolución no se aplica a los siguientes productos: artículos rebajados o con descuento, artículos perecederos como vasos o materiales peligrosos y líquidos inflamables como aceite para el crecimiento del cabello. Estos artículos no son elegibles para devolución, reembolso o cambio.

- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless it is due to an error on the boutique's part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned item, Liana Fashion Boutique will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, the refund process will be initiated. The boutique offers refunds in the original form of payment used during the purchase. It may take a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the customer's account.
